Following on from the fabulous workshop earlier in the year, we are delighted to say we have book the next in-person workshop for May!

Instead of feeling over whelmed with every new Instagram feature, this workshop shows you why reels work, how they help people find you, and how to use them in a way that feels natural to you.

Reels are one of the simplest ways to grow your community and attract the right customers, without posting all the time or trying to go viral.

Whether you’re starting from scratch or ready to take things up a notch, you’ll gain clarity, confidence and a way forward with Instagram reels that actually fits around real life and running a business… and we’ll work inside the tools Instagram wants you to use!

I’ll guide you step by step through filming techniques, transitions, storytelling, audio and editing, so you leave knowing what to do and feeling confident doing it.

  • We will work out why the platform feels more stressful than strategic… there’s a reason. Discover how to remove the pressure to be perfect, polished, and constantly present, which is exhausting.
  • You will know exactly who you’re talking to by understanding your ideal client’s real struggles, allowing you to create content that speaks to them like a human and genuinely connects, not sells (but does sell!)
  • You will leave with a simple content strategy made up of clear pillars, purposeful formats, and a realistic plan so you always know what to post without running out of ideas or burning out.
  • And my favourite part, you’ll learn simple filming techniques that don’t feel awkward… honest… including:
    • What actually works on camera (and what doesn’t matter)
    • Filming short, usable clips on your phone… with tips!
    • Faceless content & B-Roll

Afternoon Session: Instagram Next Steps

For those who have used Edits or CapCut before, can create a basic edit but are ready for the next steps!

  • Focusing on transitions and key frame use, we will explore ideas to stop the scroll & hook your ideal client.
  • You’ll create Reels with purpose with hooks (created for you) that speak directly to your audience.
  • Learn to edit with ease by using simple, repeatable techniques in Edits that make your Reels look polished and professional without spending hours on every video.
  • You will understand how to write captions that connect, convert, and do the heavy lifting, by speaking directly to your ideal client, linking their pain points to your offer, and using natural (not pushy) calls to action.
  • Build a content creation system that fits your life by focusing on consistency over perfection, batch filming with ease, and creating a realistic workflow you’ll actually stick to.
